Universal Sculpture Hub is delighted to announce the release of 4LOVE — a curated collection of six short films exploring love in all its forms: joyful, complex, quietly transformative, and sometimes searingly difficult.

The collection brings together six filmmakers from across the UK and Ireland, each commissioned to tell a story rooted in the experience of love — broadly defined. The result is a programme that resists easy sentiment in favour of something truer and more lasting.

"Love is the oldest subject in art and still the most misrepresented. We wanted to commission films that find the new thing inside it — the angle you haven't seen before." — Universal Sculpture Hub, Creative Team

The six films in the collection range from a tender portrait of an elderly couple navigating memory loss, to a fierce and funny account of romantic rivalry on a Welsh housing estate, to a near-wordless meditation on the love between a parent and a child they have never met. Together they form a programme that is as varied in tone and form as love itself.

4LOVE is now available to watch in full via the Universal Sculpture Hub digital platform. A curated screening tour — visiting independent cinemas in Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, Bristol, and London — will run through February and March 2026. Full venue listings and ticket information are available on our website.

Universal Sculpture Hub extends its profound thanks to all six filmmakers and their crews for the care, courage, and craft they brought to this project.
